I just wanted to comment on the younger generation not wanting to do anything. It reminded me of a book by Lionel shriver "the mandibles : a family " set in something like 2029 to 2035. And after the collapse of US currency and mass unemployment, homelessness, collapse of society, there comes the recovery. And the younger generation are described as very, very sleepy. Many opting to sign up for several years in a "sleep pod" where they essentially go into stasis. The benefits are, no stress, no hassles, and no bills (apart from the initial cost of hiring your sleep pod for whatever period). Those that have just enough energy to be in paid employment, are all employed in disability support work!!!!!!!! The only thing missing from Ms Schrivers novel is mass population surveillance and conyrol, and almost not a peep from the major multinationals who flee the USA at the first sign of economic collapse along with the middle class. I do wonder about ms Schriver. This was published in 2015ish.

Well, thanks. Never heard of the lady but then I already don't even have enough time for non-fiction, nor the inclination. I feel like I'm already in a sci-fi novel, like the dystopian stuff I was reading as a teen. I've just read summaries and comments about the book, and it doesn't feel much stranger to me than what I already see for myself and hear from the wife, who's at the source of all strangeness - she's a professional specialized educator for institutionalized kids.

I was also wondering about Ms Schriver so I just Googled her, and I think I got a pretty good idea of her. Essentially, she's inches away of being an actual badass were it not for her natural milieu bits of leftism. She's like 90% Lionel and 10% Margaret - not a bad combo in my book.

You're right about the multinationals running for their lives but could the middle class save themselves even at this time? I really don't know. Well, if need be, I have four spare rooms in my beautiful and very big house that could come in handy. If Europe does not collapse before the US, that is.

You are so right about the Trump followers. I was one till he kept encouraging us to take the jab. Kept saying it during his rallies. We knew it was poison and he kept it up. That’s what turned me off. You’re also right that the religious angle kept people trapped. Good and Evil and he’s the saviour. As soon as I heard about the shooting I knew in heart it was BS. It turned my one remaining family relationship into a fragile thing as she’s completely stuck on the trump train and where we were able to share our hope of a future we now talk inanities as that’s all that’s left. I saw a video of him tonight where he kept saying this is the most important election ever and once he’s in that’s it. You won’t have to ever vote again. Because ??? No explanation ! I’ll try and find the clip but not sure I’ll navigate back here if I leave. The point of this comment is that it’s hard to keep that “ vibration “ up. “ They” feed on the LOOSH ? I think sanity is fast disappearing and it’s hard to know where to turn.

Don't feel bad about falling for Trump, it happened to me in 2016 and I should know better. The guy knows his schtick, you've got to give him that. It took me a while to find out what hides beneath the "who's your daddy" public persona. Of course you will bump into a lot of people who won't do the work - following a cult has always been the easy way. Just try and look at the silver lining. Covid was a test, and even if a lot of people failed it, some didn't. Those "elections" will be a test as well and you're so right about them feeding on the "loosh" - I had to look it up so I've learned something new today, thanks. I've read someone else calling it "the reaping of souls" and it fits so well to what I have observed so far, in this time of "crisis" and generally in my own life.

Sanity has come and gone many times in human history, it seems we're hitting a bottom of the curve right now but rest assured it will eventually come back up. Have faith.

I second excellent piece. You are the first to bring up the head wound and the beast and revelations that I know of. I have been waiting for some writer to bring this up. the entire thing is creepy.

Yup, we are now leaving politics and into a very dark place of creepiness. This shows you how thin a veil it always was and how quickly the polish of civilization wears off. Just look at what happens in France. I call it the vulgarity of evil.

vulgar is right. very ugly too. Humans think they are gods. That isn’t going to work out well for gates, schwab and the rest of the satanic pukes.

Yeah, that's the general feeling nowadays. However, I strongly caution against dismissing *all* they say. It's always very informative to delve into their literature. That involves trying to read their actual motives behind their incessant flow of empty talking points - a part of what I'm tackling in Part II of this article.

I don't know if they think they are gods or not - if they do, they are sorely mistaken - but they clearly feel invested in determining the general direction of society and they just don't qualify. My point is [spoiler ahead], it doesn't even matter if it's a digital dictatorship or not, it just won't work. I see that as the real problem because we're running out of options. We're trapped in the last throes of this ridiculous system.

I'm a bit tired of reading about how fiendish and clever those people are. They're actually complete idiots - which is one reason why they would love to make everyone else even more stupid than they are. Combine that with their insane financial power and you have a recipe for disaster.

IIRC schwab's, whatever he is, the little jewish homosexual said we are gods. I don't understand how people think they are clever. They are just psychopaths with wealth. They are arrogant. Arrogance on the grand scale they think they're working on isn't going to work out well for them.

It hardly ever does. It invites backlash.

Excellent piece.

Not sure I agree that Trump will shrink America's unnecessarily expensive military presence around the globe, but we shall see.

Not sure either but I remember he was adamant we pay for it. Sorry, we're broke!
